Yoga Instruction
Hatha Yoga sessions are available at your home, office or at our NW San 
Antonio (Seaworld Area) location.
60 Minutes Private Session: $40 (One to four students may split their session at no additional cost, $5 per person thereafter).
Companies are encouraged to call and book consecutive week courses for employees. Yoga is incredible for well-being and will often improve the quality of work produced. If you have questions or want to structure a class in a particular way, we are flexible, so let us know!
We are currently offering Beginners & Intermediate Classes.
